QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING

Q: HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

A: The prices are already indicated in the ads/photos that are posted in our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Complete PRICE LIST is located HERE.

 

Q: HOW DO I ORDER?
A:
Submit the Order Form then wait for the confirmation email with payment instructions.

 

After you receive our confirmation email, make the payment bank deposit or bank transfer, then send a copy of the deposit/transaction slip (with your name written on it) to rainbowhead.ph@gmail.com then wait for the payment acknowledgment by email.

If you pay via ONLINE TRANSFER, please send a screenshot of the transaction.

Q: WHAT ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A:
The available items are listed in this Order Form. This list is updated daily. If it is not written here that means it is not available.

 


Q: WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
A:
By Bank Deposit to BPI BDO, METROBANK or by Money Remittance (Palawan, Cebuana, LBC) only.

 

Bank account details will be sent by email after receipt of your Order Form.

 

You DO NOT NEED to have your own bank account to make a deposit. You just need our bank details and make the deposit to any BPI/BDO/Metrobank branch of your choice.

* Please note that banks may charge a minimal PROCESSING FEE if paying from PROVINCIAL BRANCHES.

ONLINE FUND TRANSFERS are allowed. You must provide the screenshot/confirmation of the transaction after you have made the payment.

 

Online transfers from different banks (for example: Citibank to BPI, Unionbank to BDO, etc.) are allowed but it may take additional 1-3 working days to verify.

 

We currently do not accept payments by PayPal/Western Union etc. If you do not have any other payment option, please send us a message so we can assess other options.



Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
A:
We have a "Pay Today/Dispatch Tomorrow" (next working day) Policy. Delivery transit times are 1-8 working days for Manila areas and 3-12 working days for provincial areas.

 

"Working days" mean Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. If you pay on Friday, dispatch will be the following Monday.


For example:
Payment made on Monday. Dispatch will be on Tuesday. Delivery to your address will be by Wednesday or Thursday if within Manila area, and between Wednesday and the following Monday for provincial areas.

Q: DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY?

A: We can accommodate SAME DAY DELIVERY requests via GRAB EXPRESS or LALAMOVE.

There is a 3:00 PM PAYMENT CUTOFF for orders to be shipped within the same day.

Delivery schedule is from Monday-Friday between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM only.

Delivery fees will be shouldered by the buyer. PLEASE PAY THE DRIVER UPON DELIVERY.

We will let you know the EXACT AMOUNT once pick up has been booked.

Grab/Lalamove delivery requests have an additional Php 30 Handling Fee if order total is LESS THAN P1,500Handling fee is different from Grab delivery fee.
 

For OFFICE and CONDO addresses, the drivers may not be able to go up your floor/unit in case they are unable to find a parking space. You may need to meet them at the lobby/entrance for proper delivery.

 

 

NOTE:
Once a package is dispatched to the courier, we will not have any control over it. In cases of errors or delays caused by the courier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for any delays or errors.

We ship via LBC, Xend, and Cliqnship.

 


Q: HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

No.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

A: We operate from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We do not operate on weekends and holidays.



Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
A:
We have partner shops in Cubao Expo and Cebu City.

Rainbow Head products can also be purchased in Cubao Expo at The Four Strings (Shop 59A). The shop is open from Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM; closed every Sunday.

 

Mad Kahuna Surf Shop is an authorized reseller of Rainbow Head products. They have branches in Cubao Expo and in Cebu City where you can purchase Manic Panic and Arctic Fox hair dyes.

Note that prices may vary depending on the shop.
